Class will start this FRIDAY, May 20th at 9:30am in Studio 3. We will be starting off with the new “Signature Round”. This round was specially designed to introduce the new changes to Turbo— and those changes are awesome!
The new format is easier to follow and includes HIIT sections so you are getting an awesome interval workout. Never fear, though, we still do the classic TURBO section— TWICE! What to the what??? Strength and Core sections are now included at the end of the workout (instead of being an optional add on) balancing out the class.
